An Operational Review provides an analysis of your company's credit card system, including pricing, technology, communications, guest service experience and back office functions.
Specifically:
- Authorization/Submission Terminals,
configuration and interfaces
- Telecommunications Methodology
- Daily/Monthly Processing Summary Reports
- All billing statements including discount fee,
authorization fees, T&E fees, non-qualification
fees, telecommunication fees, account maintenance
fees, chargeback fees and hardware rental costs
- Chargeback volume and performance as a
percentage of sales
An Operation Review is for those clients that wish to
reduce costs and improve processes within their current
contract. An Operation Review requires a multi-day
onsite visit.
